Mansfield Varroa Conference highlights
David Briggs is President of the North Eastern Apiarists' Association and runs Fifteen Mile Apiaries, with 300 hives on 70 hectares at Hansonville, near Glenrowan in Victoria’s North East. His main enterprise is breeding 3000 queens a year, selling to commercial apiarists across Victoria, and interstate.
David will be sharing highlights from the recent conference and the confirmed varroa mite resistance to pyrethroid and formamidine in north-east Victoria.
