Kevin Tracy - BeeZone Apiaries

Topic: Breeding Your Own Queens.

Kevin has worked across a range of beekeeping practices including honey production and selling, pollination of crops and queen bee production and breeding.

Originally from Chicago, he has become a true-blue Aussie and is convinced that all of us should be rearing our own queens and is committed to teaching us just how to do this.

There is a special supplement created by Kevin in our Beelines June monthly newsletter which has just been emailed to all members. Kevin has asked us to read it before the meeting. It will give members a fantastic insight on queen rearing and will be wonderful preparation for his talk.

Finally, Kevin has been described as quite a character, is in high demand as a guest speaker and we are very fortunate to welcome him to this month's members meeting.
