After founding Honey Merchant in 2018, Jess trained in the sensory analysis of honey in the USA, learning how to identify and describe the unique and complex flavours of honey.

Honey samples will be provided for meeting attendees to taste.

Jessica Locarnini is one of a small but growing number of honey sommeliers around the world
