Club Members Beginners Course – $130.00
Junior Members Beginners Course – $95.00
Non-members Beginners Course (includes membership) – $200.00
Fee includes annual club membership (Membership is compulsory for insurance)
Non-Members Family Package Beginners Course – $360.00
Family membership for 2 people (same address) together with registration for both on the beginners course. NB membership compulsory for insurance purposes.

This Fundamentals of Beekeeping Course is designed to provide new beekeepers with both the practical skills and the background knowledge to start beekeeping with confidence. No previous experience is required.

The course includes 3 classroom sessions (Thursday nights) plus a weekend hive opening exercise during the day. All sessions are highly interactive and include hands-on skill building exercises.

The hive session is weather dependent and we are normally able to provide alternative dates to ensure participation.

A certificate of completion will be awarded once the online quiz has been successfully attempted.
